Young Social Work Fellowship Programme
Our Fellowship program focuses on developing, empowering, and supporting social workers. We provide a platform for them to connect, build partnerships, and share their experiences. We understand the importance of this, especially during these challenging times when social workers are in high demand and facing difficult circumstances. Additionally, we offer targeted support and development in the areas in which SMART India Foundation specializes. Practice: We offer training and workshops to help our fellows enhance their knowledge and skills. Leadership: We prioritize leadership development to enable individuals to empower their teams and those around them. Innovation: We help individuals use their insights to overcome challenges in their sector.
SMART Kids
The SMART Kids Project is an innovative program led by the SMART India Foundation that aims to give children from low-income families the support they need. Regardless of their financial circumstances, we want to make sure that every kid has access to the tools and experiences needed for their academic and personal growth. By providing educational materials, financial help, and other necessary resources, our goal is to enable these young minds to realize their full potential and create better futures for themselves and their communities.

SMART Village
The SMART India Foundation is dedicated to fostering sustainable development and empowerment across communities through various initiatives, with one of its flagship projects being the SMART Village program. This visionary endeavour is designed to pinpoint the fundamental challenges faced by rural communities, empowering the locals to devise and implement their solutions. At the heart of this project lies the Village Action Team, comprising individuals representing diverse demographics within each village, including women, men, the elderly, and youth. Through collaborative efforts and facilitated discussions, these teams meticulously analyze village issues and brainstorm innovative solutions tailored to their unique context. The SMART India Foundation plays a pivotal role in supporting these initiatives by facilitating access to resources and connecting communities with relevant stakeholders, thereby catalyzing transformative change from within. The Smart Village project epitomizes a paradigm shift towards inclusive and sustainable development in rural India by empowering local communities to become architects of their progress.
SMART Smiles
Age is just a number…. Through our targeted interventions, we support our senior citizens to reintegrate into the mainstream by concentrating on their challenges while encouraging them to lead happy lives. We here at SMART India Foundation inspire young people to spend time meaningfully with the elderly. We have links with many elderly people who reside in care homes and isolated families.
